We ship via Economy shipping for a flat rate of $5.00, with delivery typically taking 6–13 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Because our catalog includes items from multiple suppliers, products ordered together may occasionally arrive in separate packages on different days — this is normal and not a sign of a lost order.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
