Shipping Policy
International Shipping
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Approximate Shipping Times (excludes weekends/public holidays)
a) USA ~ 3 to 8 business days (tracking system available)
b) Rest of the world ~ 3 to 12 business days (tracking system available, varies by destination)
Delayed delivery — In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. We are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a new package.
This may especially be true during busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November–December), during promotions, or other high-volume periods.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3–5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package for dispatch. An email with your tracking information will be sent as soon as it becomes available.
In very rare instances, processing may take longer than the stated time frame — particularly during holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during such events.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@verdena-decor.com. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel it for you. If you contact us and are informed that your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
